Sunset Captiva ~ is a private beachside community of private detached houses in the heart of Captiva’s village area. 7 homes are beachfront and there are also 10 bay front condos. We have access to many options in Sunset Captiva. They offer 2 or 3 bedrooms, some with lofts, and sleep from 6-8 people depending on the home.

vehicles parked, one boat at dock.
Motor scooters and motorcycles are prohibited in Sunset Captiva community.
